eventually.me was born out of the 2019 college admissions bribery scandal, also known as Operation Varsity Blues. We watched 'Aunt Becky' go to jail for paying a premium so that her daughter could attend a college that she was not qualified for. It is hard to believe that the admissions experience has not improved in the twenty-years since my own experience. The experience is so miserable that some parents are willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to cheat and guarantee admission! Preparing for your future, in the workforce, or college, shouldn't be miserable. That's exactly why I set out to develop eventually.me.
eventually.me tracks the information that you need today, to build your resume tomorrow. From clubs to sports, jobs to volunteer work, eventually.me tracks all of it!
Do you know what kind of information the Common App requires you to provide for your activities? For each activity you must provide your years of participation, hours per week and weeks per year spent on the activity, position/leadership held, and a brief description. With eventually.me there is no more last minute compilation and guesstimating! eventually.me compiles it all, in one place, on your resume.
eventually.me also includes functionality for tracking your awards and achievements. For the Common App, you must include the honor’s title, when you received it, and the level of recognition you received (regional or national, for example). eventually.me tracks this information too and also compiles it on your resume.
